It builds partnerships with national and international organisations to jointly design and deploy projects serving local populations. JHI does not seek to replace actors already present: it brings together expertise, resources and capabilities around needs identified on the ground.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Starting area<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">JHI's initial commitment is to Syria as a whole.
