Access to and use of the site justice-humanity-initiative.org (the “Site”), operated by Justice & Humanity Initiative (“JHI”), constitutes full and complete acceptance of these terms of use.

1. Purpose of the site

The Site presents the mission, projects and activities of JHI, a Canadian non-governmental organization, and allows visitors to contact JHI or support its projects through online donations.

2. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site (text, logo, visuals, layout) is the property of JHI or its partners and is protected by copyright. Any reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited, except for private, non-commercial use with attribution of the source.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its proper functioning, in particular through any automated process or any attempt at unauthorized access.

4. Online donations

  • Donations made through the Site are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe).
  • A confirmed donation is generally final; for any refund or correction request, please contact us via the contact form.
  • JHI is committed to publicly reporting on the use of funds received, in keeping with our commitment to transparency (see the Our commitment page).

5. External links

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (partners, social media). JHI exercises no control over these sites and disclaims all responsibility for their content.

6. Limitation of liability

JHI strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the Site but cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors. JHI cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from access to or use of the Site.

7. Governing law
